摘 要:液氯属于高毒危险化学品,在其生产、加工、储存、运输等高危作业环节,经常发生重大事故。研究利用ALOHA软件,对液氯连续泄漏和瞬时泄漏后的浓度分布进行模拟,根据氯气的暴露剂量限值,确定液氯泄漏影响的死亡区、重伤区和轻伤区,同时得到最大警戒距离。根据各点的暴露剂量,得到各点的个人风险值,并通过Surfer软件绘制风险等值线。通过模拟分析,得到液氯泄漏后果影响程度,为企业应急救援决策以及政府部门的规划布局提供了理论依据和技术支持。The liquid highly toxic dangerous chlorine belongs to chemicals, in the production, processing, storage, transport- ration, and other high-risk job links, major accidents frequently occur.
