摘 要:采用近代瞬态波形记录分析手段,对3种钎杆在不同推进力及不同位置的工作应力波进行了采样记录和随机分析,得出了钎杆工作载荷谱。结果表明,钎杆工作载荷谱的有效峰值主要由其每个波串的第Ⅰ和第Ⅱ峰值构成,其频率分布由对应的Ⅰ、Ⅱ峰值的两个正态概率密度曲线构成;钎杆前点(近打击端)应力显著高于中点,前点纵波应力均值为187.64 MPa,最大应力为229.23 MPa。With modern analytical tools of transient waveform recorder, the operating stress waves of three types of drill rod at different locations under different thrust force have been recorded and randomly analyzed, leading to a working load spectrum of drill rod. Research showed that in the working load spectrum, the effective peaks are principally composed of the first and second peak of each wave train and the spectral distribution consists of two normal probability density functions corresponding to peak value I and II. Points near the front-end of drill rod have remarkably higher stress than those at the middle section. The longitudinal wave stress near the front-end of rod is 187.64 MPa on the average and maximally 229.23 MPa.
