摘 要:利用X射线衍射、光学显微镜、电子探针等多种检测方法,研究了某炭质石煤钒矿钒的赋存状态。在工艺矿物学研究的基础上进行了炭质钒矿的浮选试验,设计了脱碳-浮选联合流程评定该炭质石煤钒矿浮选富集工艺的可行性。结果表明:炭质钒矿中主要含钒矿物为含钒石煤,主要脉石矿物为石英;采用阴阳离子混合捕收剂闭路试验得到了V2O5品位为2.48%、回收率为81.15%的钒精矿。With a variety of characterization methods such as X-ray diffraction analysis, optical microscopy, electron probe micro-analysis, the occurrence state of vanadium in a carbonaceous stone coal was investigated. Flotation test of this carbonaceous vanadium-bearing stone coal ore was conducted based on the process mineralogy study. Then a combined flowsheet of decarburization-flotation was designed to evaluate the feasibility of flotation processes for vanadium enrichment. Mineralogical study showed that the predominant vanadium-bearing mineral in this carbonaceous ore is vanadium mica while quartz is the dominant gangue mineral. Finally, a closed-circuit flotation experiment with anion- cation collectors produced a vanadium concentrate grade of 2.48% V2O5 at 81.15% recovery.
