摘 要:对国外某鲕状赤铁矿进行了矿石性质研究,针对其特点,进行了焙烧-磁选工艺和强磁选工艺选矿试验,结果表明该鲕状赤铁矿易选,选矿指标好。对比而言,焙烧-磁选工艺的选别指标优于强磁选工艺,750℃下,煤粉用量6%,焙烧50 min,所得焙烧矿经100 kA/m一粗一精弱磁选,可获得精矿铁品位64.60%、回收率96.43%的指标,精矿中SiO2含量为5.33%,选矿比1.23倍。After an investigation on ore properties of an oolitic hematite ore from abroad, mineral processing tests were carried out adopting a roasting-magnetic separation flowsheet and a high intensity magnetic separation (HIMS) process. Results show this oolitic hematite ore possesses good beneficiability, and indexes obtained by roasting-magnetic separation approach are comparatively superior to that of HIMS process. After being roasted at 750 ℃ for 50 rain with a coal dosage as 6%, the obtained roasted ore was subjected to a process of one-roughing and one-cleaning magnetic separation with magnetic field intensity of 100 kA/m, resulting in the concentrate around 96.43% iron grade at 64.60% recovery, containing 5.33% SiO2, with a concentration ration of 1.23.
