摘  要:对镧热还原法制备金属镱进行了热力学和动力学分析,初步确定了工艺参数;以高纯氧化镱为原料,自制高纯金属镧为还原剂,高真空钽片炉为反应设备,1 200℃下多次蒸馏制得纯度为99.985%的金属镱,并分析了影响金属纯度的主要因素。Based on thermodynamics and kinetics analysis for preparation of metallic ytterbium by the process of lanthanum thermal reduction, preliminary process parameters were determined. By using high-purity ytterbium as raw material, self-produced metallic lanthanum as reducing agent, high vacuum furnace with tantalum sheet as reaction device, ytterbium (99.985% purity ) was obtained after several times of distillation at 1 200 ℃. The predominant influencing factors for metal purity were also analyzed.
