摘　　要：在电力调度系统二次系统安全防护的环境下,设计了跨安全区的IT软硬件系统的统一监控和告警方案,并在省级调度控制中心进行了部署,实现了调度自动化系统运行状态的集中管控。In the environment of electricity auxiliary system security protection an unified monitoring and alarming program of cross-security zone of IT software and hardware system was designed. Also this architecture have been deployed in provincial dispatch control center and centralized managing and monitoring of dispatching automation system have been implemented.
