土地流转视角下的农民组织化问题

摘　　要：农民组织化在土地流转过程中对保障农民权益具有十分重要的意义,但由于农民组织在发展过程中存在着资金不足、政策支持力度不够、政府作用发挥不当以及人们的认知不足等方面的原因使得土地流转中农民组织化水平不高,进而不能够有效保障土地流转中农民的权益。为此,需要从农民、政府、合作社以及社会四个方面入手来进一步促进土地流转中组织化水平的提高,更好地保障农民的权益。Rural organization is of great significance in safeguarding the rights and interests of farmers in the process of land circulation. However, the process is hindered by lack of money, supported policy, government involvement; hence, the interests of farmers in the process of land circulation is damaged. The author states that the problems can be addressed by efforts of farmers, government, cooperative institute, and society.
