西部地区民族财经人才培养路径探析

摘　　要：本文以新疆财经大学和内蒙古财经大学为例,将两所高校金融学专业(民族班)培养方案为切入点,通过说明该学科专业的培养目标、课程设置、修业年限及学分、实践教学等具体内容,分析其中存在的问题,提出今后西部地区民族财经人才培养的几点建议。With case study of Xinjiang Finance and Economics University and IMUFE, based on the training projects of Finance specialty for minority students of these two universities, this paper analyzes the existed problems and puts forward suggestions on ethnic financial and economic talents training by explaining the training target, curriculum setup, the study span,the credits and the practical teaching, etc.
