摘　　要：目的探讨双重腹水超滤浓缩回输方法(DUF)治疗肝硬化合并感染性腹水的疗效及护理措施。方法为30例硬化合并大量感染性顽固性腹水患者行DUF治疗,回顾分析护理措施的有效性。结果所有患者食欲缺乏、腹胀、呼吸困症状缓解,腹围下降,尿量增加,无严重并发症发生。结论 DUF治疗肝硬化合并感染性腹水患者,能够减轻患者的痛苦,进腹水消退,无严重并发症发生;人员规范化培训,密闭式管路改良,重视环境监测等精细化的护理管理措施,是保证治疗全性、有效性的重要条件。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of double ascites ultrafiltration con- centration （DUF） on the treatment of hepatocirrhosis patients with infectious ascites and summa- rize nursing measures. Methods Clinical materials of 30 hepatocirrhosis patients with infectious ascites treated by DUF therapy were collected and the effectiveness of nursing measures was ana- lyzed retrospectively. Results The symptoms such as poor appetite, abdominal distension and dyspnea improved in all the patients, and the abdominal girth reduced and amount of urine in- creased. No severe complications were observed in all the patients. Conclusion Application of DUF in the treatment of hepatocirrhosis patients patients, promote the ascites subsiding and cause as standard training, improvement of sealed pipe tant factors to ensure the safety and effectiveness with infective ascites can reduce the sufferings of no serious complications.
