循证护理在急性脑梗死患者康复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在急性脑梗死患者康复中的应用研究,更好为患者服务。方法将2010年1月—2012年10月本院收治的急性脑梗死患者165例作为观察组,并回顾性分析2008年1月—2009年12月本院收治的急性脑梗死患者152例作为对照组,比较2组患者受损神经恢复评分情况、平均住院日和护理满意度。结果观察组患者接受循证护理第10天的神经受损评分为(13.45±4.67)分,第21天为(11.36±6.23)分,与对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的平均住院日为(22.0±1.7)d,与对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为(98.40±1.84),与对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过循证护理对危险因素采取有效的预防措施,可帮助患者尽快恢复受损神经,并能缩短平均住院日和提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in rehabilitation treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 165 acute cerebral infarction pa- tients collected from January 2010 to October 2012 were designed as observation group, and 152 a- cute cerebral infarction patients collected from January 2008 to December 2009 were designed as control group. Score on recovery of impaired nerve, mean hospital stay and satisfactory degree to- ward nursing were compared between two groups. Results After the implementation of evidence- based nursing, score of recovery of impaired nerve in the 10th day in the observation group was （13.45 ± 4.67）, and score in the 21st day was （11.36 ± 6.23）, which were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05） ; mean hospital stay was （22.0 ± 1.7） days in the observation group, which was significantly shorter than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; satisfactory degree to- ward nursing was （98.40 ± 1.84） in the observation group, which was significantly higher than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can prevent the risk factors, promote the recovery of im- paired nerve, shorten the mean hospital stay and improve the satisfactory degree toward nursing.
