摘　　要：目的观察培美曲塞治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效及不良反应,探讨更好的护理方法。方法观察25例应用培美曲塞的非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效及不良反应,并实施相应的护理措施。结果 25例患者客观有效率(RR)为36%,疾病控制率为68%,化疗过程中出现不同程度的骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、皮肤毒性反应等不良反应,经采取有效的对症治疗及积极的护理均顺利完成化疗。结论 培美曲塞治疗非小细胞肺癌效果满意,及时进行不良反应的对症处理及护理干预,能明显提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of pemetrexed in the treatment of patients with non- small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and explore the related nursing measures. Methods Therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of 25 NSCLC patients treated with pemetrexed - based chemotherapy were observed and analyzed, and the related nursing mea- sures were carried out. Results Among 25 patients, the response rate （RR） was 36 %, and disease control rate was 68 %. During the process of chemotherapy, the main adverse reactions were bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal reaction and skin toxicity, and all the patients completed chemotherapy successfully after implementation of effective symptomatic treatment and nursing. Conclusion Pemetrexed shows a positive efficacy in the treatment of NSCLC. Opportune imple- mentation of symptomatic treatment and nursing intervention for adverse reactions can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
