108例肺移植术后纤维支气管镜应用的观察和护理

摘　　要：目的探讨肺移植术后在ICU应用纤维支气管镜的观察和护理。方法对108例肺移植术后应用纤维支气管镜进行检查和治疗的患者的观察和护理措施进行总结。结果本组5例出现氧饱和度下降至90%以下,经暂停操作、提高氧浓度后重新置入,108例肺移植患者无其他意外及严重并发症发生。结论 严密的观察和及时的对症护理是保证肺移植患者术后纤维支气管镜检查和治疗顺利进行的重要条件。Objective To explore the application of branchofiberoscope in postoperative treatment of patients with lung transplantation in ICU and summarize the related nursing measures. Methods Nursing measures of 108 patients with fiberoptic bronchoscopy after lung transplant were summarized. Results Oxygen saturation dropped below 90% in 5 patients and the bran- chofiberoscope was reinserted after pause of operation and raise of oxygen concentration. No other accidents and severe complications were observed in 108 patients with lung transplantation. Conclu- sion Close observation and timely symptomatic nursing are the important guarantees of successful fiberoptic bronchoscopy and treatment for patients with lung transplantation.
