膀胱扳机点叩击结合康复治疗重建脊髓损伤后反射性膀胱的临床护理

摘　　要：目的对脊髓损伤患者在住院期间训练反射性膀胱,提高截瘫患者生活自理能力。方法对132例截瘫患者分阶段,联合应用无菌间歇导尿、膀胱区脉短波及针灸治疗,为患者训练反射性膀胱。结果 132例截瘫患者以积极乐观的情绪配合治疗,均在4周内恢复自主排尿,无并发症出现。结论 训练反射性膀胱对脊髓损伤患者的康复具有积极作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To training the reflex bladder function of patients with spinal cord injury in duration of hospital stay and improve the abilities to care for themselves in patients with paraplegina. Methods The combination treatment of sterile intermittent catheterization, short- wave and acupuncture was used to reconstruct the reflex bladder in 132 paraplegia patients during hospitalization. Results All the patients responded well to the treatment, and automatic micturi- tion was recovered within 4 weeks and no complications were observed. Conclusion Training of reflex bladder plays a positive role in the rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injury, so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
