摘　　要：目的探讨原发性腹膜后肿瘤手术治疗的护理方法。方法回顾性分析和总结13例原发性腹膜后肿瘤患者的手术资料,采取一系列术前和术后护理措施。结果 13例腹膜后肿瘤患者均手术切除成功后康复出院。结论 注重术前准备,加强心理沟通,术后密切观察病情,谨防并发症发生,正确的出院指导会对患者手术康复起到积极作用。Objective To explore the surgical treatment and nursing methods for patients with primary retroperitoneal tumor. Methods Clincial materials of 13 patients with primary retroperitoneal tumor were analyzed and summarized retrospectively. A serial of nursing measures were carried out in the preoperative and postoperative periods. Results All of 13 patients with pri- mary retroperitoneal tumor were cured and discharged successfully. Conclusion Preoperative preparation, mental communication, careful postoperative observation on condition of disease, pre- vention of complications and correct guidance for discharge are the positive roles in the postoperative rehabilitations of patients.
