摘　　要：主要对交联电缆绝缘线芯生产中内外屏蔽层容易出现的偏心、内屏蔽露导体或漏洞、外屏蔽表面凹凸不平和突起、外屏蔽表面出现波浪或竹节纹、外屏蔽层擦伤、绝缘线芯局部放电量超标等若干质量缺陷问题进行了分析研究,并提出了具体改进方法的说明。The several quality defects,such as eccentricity,conductor exposure or holes of inner shield,uneven and protrusion of outer shield surface,and wave or bamboo shape of outer shield surface,bruising of outer shield layer,over partial discharge of the insulated wire,are analyzed and researched.And the concrete improvement methods are described.
