摘　　要：目的：建立反相高效液相法测定集成疗伤片中芍药苷含量．方法：样品加甲醇超声提取，经液相色谱仪分离，在230nm处测定峰面积，标准曲线法计算芍药苷含量。结果：芍药苷在0．098～1．96mg／mL范围内，峰面积与进样量呈良好线性关系，回归方程Y=157．4X＋12．87，r=0．9996；平均回收率为96．97％，RSD=0．95％。结论：本法提取方法简便、准确，可作为该制剂的定量方法。Objective ：To establish a method for determining paeoniflorin in compound healing tablets by reversed -phase high -performanee hquid chromatography （RP- HPLC）. Methods ：Ultrasonic extraction was carried out on the sample using methanol, and separation was performed using a liquid chromatograph. The peak area was measured at 230 nm, and the content of paeoniflorin was calculated by the calibra- tion curve. Results ： Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship between peak area and concentration within 0. 098 - 1.96 mg/ml,with a regression equation of Y = 157. 4X ＋ 12. 87 （r =0. 9996） ;the average recovery rate was 96. 97% （relative standard deviation =0. 95% ）. Conclusion ：This RP -HPLC method is simple and accurate and can be used for quantitative evaluation of the preparation.
