长白、吉粳系列水稻品种米质现状分析

摘  要:长白、吉粳系列水稻品种具有产量高、稳产性好、米质优良、抗病性较强等优点,本文选用近5年来已审定并在生产上应用面积较大、有代表性的27个长白、吉粳系列水稻新品种,对其米质理化10项指标进行分析,系统地评价长白、吉粳系列水稻品种米质现状。结果表明,在长白、吉粳系列品种中,品质性状能够达到国家1级优质米标准的品种占总数的3.7%,达到2级优质米的品种占总数的37.0%。垩白度、垩白率和整精米率是制约稻米品质的主要因素。Changbai and Jijing series varieties of rice had some advantages on yield, quality and disease resistance, se- lecting 27 new rice varieties from Changbai and Jijing series varieties of rice with production practice in large area in 5 years to analyse 10 physicochemical indexes and evaluate rice quality, the result indicated that quality characters can achieve first national superior quality standard were 3.7%, second national superior quality standard were 37.0 percent of the total from Changbai and Jijing series varieties of rice. Chalkiness degree, chalky grain rate and head rice rate were the key factor to restrict rice quality.
