血流灰阶显像技术评估血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究

摘  要:目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与动脉粥样硬化(AS)的关系。方法选择2010年2月—2012年2月住院治疗的脑梗死患者100例(观察组)及健康体检者100例(对照组),行颈动脉超声检查,利用血流灰阶显像(BFI)技术及彩色多普勒显像(CDFI)技术,观察颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块的有无。同时抽外周静脉血查Hcy水平,并进行比较分析。结果观察组血浆Hcy水平较对照组高,AS程度重,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。运用BFI技术检测斑块阳性率较CDFI技术高,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆Hcy水平与AS星正相关,检测血浆Hcy水平有助于AS的早期诊断和干预。BFI技术是评估AS的有效手段。Objective To evaluate the relationship between homocysteine (Hcy) and carotid atherosclerosis by blood flow imaging (BFI) technique. Methods Totally 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from Feb. 2010 to Feb. 2012 were chosen as trial group and another 100 healthy people as control group. Carotid intimal-medial thickness (IMT) , as well as plaque, was examined by BFI and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). The levels of plasma Hcy were measured. Results The levels of plasma Hcy, IMT and the number of carotid atherosclerotic plaque were significantly higher in the trial group than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The positively detected rate of plaque by BFI technique was higher than that by CDFI technique ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The relationship between plasma Hcy level and atherosclerosis is positively correlated, and the monitoring of the change in Hcy levels is helpful to the early intervention. BFI technology is an effective method to the evaluation of athero sclerosis
