推进我国高等教育管理体制改革创新的思考

摘　　要：新中国成立以来,我国高等教育获得了长足的发展,高等教育管理体制改革也取得了很大的成效。但是,我国高等教育长期存在着计划痕迹明显、条块分割严重、办学以及投资渠道单一以及内部管理滞后等问题。因此,进一步推进高等教育管理体制改革,不断创新高等教育管理体制已成为当前亟待解决的问题。本文分析了我国高等教育管理体制中存在的问题,提出了推进高等教育管理体制改革创新的相关策略,以供参考。China＇s higher education has developed by leaps and bounds and achievements have been made in its higher education system reform since the founding of People＇s Republic of China. However,there are still some obvious drawbacks such as the influence of planned economy,separation of disciplines,the sole channel of running and investment,and lagging in management,to name just a few. Therefore,to deepen the reform in our higher education management system has become a matter of great importance. In this essay,the author analysed the existing problems and put forward some strategies to cope with them.
