摘　　要：在"2011计划"的大背景下,高校科技优势转化的问题愈发突出,研究国内外文献发现,学界对科技优势转化的模式、要素、特征、运行机制进行了有益的探索,取得了许多研究成果,本文对既有研究成果进行了综合梳理并提出关于科技优势转化研究的新思路,以利于推动高校科技优势转化工作的进展。In the background of ＂2011 Plan＂,the problems about transformation of university science and technology have become more prominent. Researches at home and abroad have been carried out on the elements ,characters ,and mode of the transformation. Many achievements have been obtained. This paper puts forward some new ideas about the transformation of university science and technology,and hopes to make some contribution to the transformation work.
