摘 要:以恒压模式在NaOH-Na2SiO3电解液中对LY12铝合金进行微弧氧化实验,然后用强流脉冲电子束轰击,采用扫描电镜、XRD、涂层测厚仪等检测手段,研究电参数对复合涂层的影响。结果表明:电压越高,氧化时间越长,微弧氧化膜越厚;电子束复合处理后,涂层变得平整、致密,新相α-Al2O3峰值变高,耐摩擦磨损性能增加。Ceramic coatings were fabricated on the surface of LY12 aluminum alloy by micro-arc oxidation (MAO) method in NaOH-Na2SiO3 solution,the metallographic structure by scanning electrolyte microscope,the thickness were measured by instrument,the influences of different parameters were investigated on the oxide film.The results show that:higher the voltage,longer the oxidation time,thicker the film but more rough.After electron beam complex treatment,the coating became smooth,densified,and wear resistance increased.
