摘  要:针对前期SF气田水平井压后效果差的问题,通过实验认识到储层具有中等一偏强水敏和较为严重的水锁伤害特征。针对伤害机理,提出了提高压裂液润湿接触角、降低毛管力和降低瓜胶浓度、降低残渣伤害是压裂液优化的方向;优化出的压裂配方水锁伤害后渗透率恢复率大于78%。通过流变实验优化压裂液瓜胶浓度,将浓度从前期0.35%(40~50℃)、0.30%(30—40%)分别降至0.28%和0.25%。现场应用4口水平井,施工成功率100%,平均12h返排率为40.1%,较前期21%提高了90.5%;压后平均测试产量3.126×10^4m^3/d,较前期1.23010^4m^3/d提高了154%,返排速率快,增产效果显著。To the problem of horizontal wells poor results in SF gas field in the early pressure,characteristics of being moderate to strong-side water sensitivity and more serious water-blocking damage is recognized through experiments.According to the damage mechanism,the optimization of fracturing fluid by improving fracturing fluid wetting contact angle,reducing capillary forces and guar concentration,lowing residues harm is Proposed.Optimization of fracture permeability of water block damage recovery formula is more than 78%,by rheological experimental optimization of fracturing fluid guar concentration,concentration from the pre-0.35%(40~ 50℃),0.30%(30~ 40℃),respectively,down and 0.28%,field application of 4 horizontal wells,The success rate of operation is 100%,The average of 12 hours of flow back rate 40.1%,Compared with the previous increase of 90.5%,The average test yield is 3.126× 104m3 d,the previous is 1.23× 104m3 d,increased 154%,Back row rate fast,the increase yield is significant.
