天然高冻点茴脑生产工艺探讨

摘　　要：对天然高冻点大茴香脑(茴脑)冷冻结晶工艺的生产过程中加入辅助物料的方法进行了对比试验。考察了使用酒精、水作为工艺辅料与不使用辅料的工艺方法对于产品大茴香脑的得率、品质及生产成本的影响。结果表明,使用水作为冷冻结晶工艺的辅料生产天然高冻点大茴香脑的路线更合理、更经济。The methods for manufacturing natural anelhole with high freezing point by adding different auxiliary materials in frozen crystallization process were compared. The influence of auxiliary materials including alcohol and water on the yield, product quality and cost of the process were investigated. The results showed that the process using water as auxiliary material in frozen crystallization to produce natural anethole with high freezing point was more reasonable and economical.
