摘　　要：本文运用刑法学的基础理论,从法律错误的角度对不构成侦查陷阱抗辩权的情形进行了全面分析。From the perspective of an error of law, this paper conducted a comprehensive analysis of the situation which does not constitute a trap defenses investigation by using the basic theory of criminal law.
