摘  要:用SHS还原合成法合成了TiB2 混合粉料 ,并通过酸洗处理获得了高纯TiB2 粉料。研究了合成过程和酸洗条件对TiB2 纯度的影响 ,对合成粉料酸洗过程进行了热力学分析。试验结果表明 ,TiO2 B2 O3 Mg三元系统的化学反应由两部分组成 ,第一部分由金属Mg还原出B和Ti单体 ,第二部分由这两种单体化合反应生成TiB2 。TiB2 粉料的纯度主要取决于酸洗条件。提高盐酸浓度、增加酸过量和延长酸洗时间可以提高TiB2 粉料的纯度 ,而升高酸洗温度还可以大大加快酸洗速度。WT5”BZ]Based on SHS reductive reaction, TiB 2 mixed powder was synthesized and the high pure TiB 2 was obtained by acid washing treatment. The effects of synthesis procedure and acid washing conditions on the purity of TiB 2 powder were investigated, and the thermodynamics of acid washing procedure for synthesized powder were analyzed. The experimental results showed that the chemical reaction of the TiO 2 B 2O 3 Mg system consisted of two parts. In the first step, the elements of B and Ti were reduced by Mg powder, secondly, the TiB 2 was formed by chemical combination of the two monomer elements.The purity of TiB 2 powder mainly depends on acid washing conditions. With the concentration of hydrochloric acid and amount of excessive acid increasing and the acid washing time prolonging, the purity of TiB 2 powder increase gradually. Moreover, with the acid washing temperature rising up, the acid washing velocity can be considerably quickened. [WT5”HZ]
