摘 要:针对综放开采技术在结构复杂煤层中应用效果不理想的情况,通过相似模拟实验研究结构复杂厚煤层综放开采时厚夹矸层、顶煤及顶板岩层的移动特征。结果表明:含厚夹矸层厚煤层顶煤冒放性较差,其位移显著增加的位置更接近于煤壁;顶煤破碎受夹矸层厚度的影响较大,夹矸层达到一定厚度,顶煤放出效果不理想,直至不能放出。开采模拟观测和实测数据分析结论基本一致。该研究为扩大放顶煤安全高效开采范围提供了参考。Aimed at improving the performance of the fully mechanized caving mining technology, as in the case of structurally complex coal seams, this paper, based on similarity simulation experiment, in- vestigates movement characteristics of thick dirt band, top coal, and roof rock with structurally complex thick coal seam subjected to fully mechanized caving mining. Research shows that: thick coal seam with thick dirt band shows a more sublevel caving; position with significantly increased displacement gets much closer to the coal wall; and the top coal breaking is subjected more to thickness of dirt band, so that, in the case of dirt band of a certain thickness, sublevel caving is found to occur with little or no effect. Mining simulation observation analysis is basically consistent with measured data analysis. This study may provide a reference for the safe and efficient expansion of sublevel caving mining area.
