摘　　要：波波娜水电站项目地处自然条件恶劣、运输距离长的边远少数民族地区,对其进行开发建设时,其勘测设计、招标评标、建设管理、生产运行等方面的安全性管理十分重要。水电站在建设期实现了全过程安全无事故,投入运行后状态良好。本文详细介绍了水电站建设过程中的安全管理工作,为今后其他水电站建设管理提供参考。Bobona Hydropower Station Project is located in remote ethnic minority area with harsh natural conditions and long transportation distance. Safety management in survey design, tender evaluation, construction management, safe operation and other aspects is very important when the project is developed and constructed. No safety accident in the whole process happens in the construction stage of hydropower station. Its state is good after the project is put into operation. Safe management in the hydropower station construction process is introduced in detail in the paper, thereby providing reference for constructing and managing other hydropower stations in the fnture.
