摘 要:文章提出利用半导体光放大器(SOA)和非线性光学环镜(NOLM)来实现全光逻辑与(AND)门,分析了该方法的工作原理并设计了仿真实验。通过仿真实验,证明了该方法的可行性,分析了耦合器功分比的选择与输出结果之间的关系,还分析了背靠背无损耗传输条件下,接收光功率和误码率的函数关系,最后给出了无损耗传输条件下AND的输出眼图并分析了一些可能的影响因素对输出结果的影响。Semiconductor optical amplifier(SOA)and nonlinear optical loop mirror(NOLM)were used to realize optical AND logical gate,and the working principles were analyzed.And the feasibility of the method was proved by simulation experiments.Additionally,the relationship between coupling ratio of coupler and the output result was analyzed;and the function curve of BER changing with the received power was presented.And also the eye pattern under free penalty transmission condition was presented and some factors may affect the output results were discussed.
