乙酰螺旋霉素口腔黏附片治疗单个溃疡性口腔炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察乙酰螺旋霉素口腔黏附片治疗单个溃疡性口腔炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:60例溃疡性口腔炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组用乙酰螺旋霉素口腔黏附片5 mg,qd,对照组用复方替硝唑含漱液15 ml,tid。连续3 d记录两组患者治疗后溃疡面直径及疼痛感,计算积分下降指数及有效率,观察药品不良反应。结果:3 d治疗期内,治疗组的积分下降指数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),第3天治疗组有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:乙酰螺旋霉素口腔黏附片治疗溃疡性口腔炎安全有效。Objective：To investigate the clinic efficacy of acetylspiramycin buccal adhesive tablets on ulcerative stomatitis.Methods：60 patients diagnosed as ulcerative stomatitis were divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with acetylspiramycin buccal adhesive tablets and the controlled group,treated with compound tinidazole gargles. The ulcer diameter and the pain sense were recorded and scored in three continuous days,the score decline index and effective rate of the two groups were calculated and their adverse drug reaction was observed.Results：In the three treatment days,the score decline index of the treatment group was much higher than that of the controlled group（P 0.05）.The clinic efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the controlled group on the third treatment day（P 0.05）.No adverse reaction occurred in the two groups.Conclusion：The clinic effect of acetylspiramycin buccal adhesive tablets on ulcerative stomatitis was promising and safe.
