摘 要:目的:提高住院药房咨询质量,增强药师业务水平,促进合理用药。方法:采用回顾性方法,总结分析我院2010~2012年外科住院药房的药物咨询对象、内容、答复依据及典型问题。结果:咨询对象以医生护士为主,且医生咨询的比例逐年增高。咨询内容以药品用量用法、皮试、配伍、溶媒问题为主,且连续3年位居咨询问题的前四位。咨询依据以药品说明书为主,注重和跟进最新的药品信息。结论:用药合理性逐渐被临床医护人员所重视,药师应提高专业水平,增强解答咨询问题的能力,促进合理用药。在此基础上,探索病房药房全程化药学服务模式。Objective:To improve the quality of medication consultation from inpatient pharmacy and enhance the professional capability of pharmacists for promoting the rational medication.Methods:The records of medication consultation from 2010 to 2012 in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Doctors and nurses were the main consulting objects.The proportion of doctors rose year by year.Consultations about drug dosage,skin test,compatibility and solvent problems were recorded as the top four problems among all the medication consultation.The replies were based on package inserts or the latest drug information.Conclusion:The rational use of medication has been gradually paid attention to by clinical staffs.Pharmacists should improve their professional capability,enhance the skill of solving problems to promote the rational medication.Finally,the model of process-lasting pharmacy service was explored in the inpatient pharmacy.
