摘　　要：目的：了解武汉地区32家医院2010~2012年清热解毒中药注射剂应用情况和变化趋势。方法：统计武汉地区32家医院2010~2012年清热解毒中药注射剂的用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）等分析应用情况及变化趋势。结果：2010~2012年武汉地区32家医院清热解毒中药注射剂销售金额总体呈大幅上涨趋势,上涨幅度分别较前一年上涨34.89%与106.60%。统计的11种清热解毒中药注射剂,有6种药物DDC 2011年较2010年呈现下降,3种药物DDC 2012年较2011年增幅超过40%。结论：清热解毒中药注射剂在临床得到广泛的应用,中药现代化、国家医保政策、药物安全性的提高是推动中药注射剂发展的主要原因。Objective：To investigate the current status of the consumption and developmental tendency of traditional Chinese medicine injection of heat-clearing and detoxication in Wuhan area during 2010-2012.Methods：The relative data of consumption sum,DDDs（DDDs）,defined daily cost（DDC） of traditional Chinese medicine injection of heat-c learing and detoxication in 32 hospitals of Wuhan area during the period of 2010-2012 were statistically analyzed. Results：The sales amount of traditional Chinese medicine injection of heal-clearing and detoxication revealed an increasing tendency in Wuhan area during 2010-2012.The consumption increased from 34.89%and 106.60%over the previous year.According to the statistics of 11 kinds of drugs,the DDC of 6 kinds of drugs decreased more in 2011 than in 2010. The DDC of 3 kinds increased over 40%more in 2012 than in 2011.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine injections of heat-clearing and detoxication were widely used in clinic.The modernization of Chinese materia medica,national medical insurance policy and drug safely improvement were the main reasons for the development of traditional Chinese medicine injections of heat-clearing and detoxicating.
