摘  要:以羟基丙烯酸树脂为基体树脂、聚天门冬氨酸脂为活性稀释剂、以金红石型钛白粉和陶瓷微珠为颜填料、以纳米ATO为隔热、抗静电添加剂、在功能助剂和溶剂的配合下制备成A组分;B组分由HD1三聚体N3390和N3380混配而成。以mA∶mB=6.5∶1.0配漆,涂膜具有快干、低温固化、隔热、抗静电、物化性能优异等特点。A component was prepared by using hydroxyl acrylic acid resin as matrix, polyaspartic acid ester as reactive diluent, rutile titanium dioxide and ceramic microspheres as pigment and filler, nanometer ATO as the insulation and antistatic additive, B component was prepared by HDI trimer N3390 and N3380. The film had excellent physical and chemical properties such as quick-dry, low-temperature setting, insulation, antistatic, etc. when the ratio was mA : mB=6.5 : 1.0.
