摘　　要：二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)是一种具有预防心血管疾病、防治癌症、抑制发炎以及预防老年痴呆等功能的多不饱和脂肪酸。它能够改善动物的生产性能,提高繁殖性能以及生产富含DHA的动物产品。本文综述了DHA的提取技术及其在动物生产中的应用。DHA is a kind of polyunsaturated fatty acids with some functions, such as preventing cardiovascular disease, anticancer, inhibiting inflammation and preventing senile dementia. It is also found that DHA can improve animal performance, reproductive performance and produce animal products that are rich in DHA. This paper reviewed extraction techniques of DHA and its application in animal husbandry.
