摘 要:本试验旨在研究颈静脉灌注脂多糖(LPS)对奶牛外周血循环中蛋白质、脂质和氨基酸浓度的影响。选用3头泌乳后期、体重为(500±25)kg的奶牛,采用3×3拉丁方试验设计,LPS(大肠杆菌O111∶B4)颈静脉灌注剂量分别为0、0.4和0.8μg/kg BW,试验分3期进行,每期15 d。结果表明:灌注LPS能够显著降低血清葡萄糖、白蛋白、球蛋白、总蛋白、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白的浓度(P<0.05),显著提高血清尿素氮和甘油三酯的浓度(P<0.05)。灌注LPS能够显著降低奶牛血浆α-氨基正丁酸、丝氨酸、甘氨酸、脯氨酸、苏氨酸、瓜氨酸、异亮氨酸、精氨酸和天冬氨酸的浓度(P<0.05),但对其他游离氨基酸浓度无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,颈静脉灌注LPS能够显著降低奶牛血液中蛋白质、脂质和部分氨基酸的浓度,提示高精料条件下从消化道移位的LPS可能通过机体的免疫应答,影响奶牛血液中乳蛋白与乳脂前体物的浓度。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of jugular infusion of lipopolysaccharide ( LPS ) on the concentrations of protein, lipid and amino acids in peripheral blood circulation of dairy cattle. Three Holstein cows [ (500 ±25) kg] at late lactation period were used in a 3 x3 Latin square design. Three jugular infusion doses of LPS ( Escherichia coli O111 : B4 ) were 0, 0.4, and 0.8 μg/kg BW, respectively. The experiment was consisted of three periods with 15 days in each period. The results showed as follows : LPS infu- sion could significantly decrease the concentrations of glucose, albumin, globulin, total protein, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein ( P 〈 0.05 ), but could significantly increase the concentrations of urea nitrogen and triglyceride in serum of dairy cattle ( P 〈 0.05 ). LPS infusion could significantly decrease the concentrations of α-aminobutyric acid, serine, glycine, proline, threonine, citrulline, isoleucine, arginine and aspartate ( P 〈 0.05 ), but had no significant effects on the concentrations of the other amino acids in plasma of dairy cattle ( P 〈 0.05 ). In conclusion, the jugular infusion of LPS can significantly decrease the concentrations of protein, lipid and partial amino acids in blood of dairy cattle, which suggests that translocated LPS from digestive tract can affect the precursor concentrations of milk protein and lipid through immune response of dairy cattle under the condition of high concentrate.
