摘 要:本试验旨在探讨苜蓿草粉和苜蓿皂苷对肥育猪生长性能和抗氧化性能的影响。采用单因子完全随机试验设计,按照品种、日龄、胎次基本一致的原则,选择健康的体重为(60.00±2.32)kg的"杜×长×大"三元杂交肥育猪60头,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,分别在基础饲粮中添加0(对照组)、7.0%(试验Ⅰ组)、14.0%(试验Ⅱ组)、21.0%(试验Ⅲ组)的苜蓿草粉和0.3%的苜蓿皂苷(试验Ⅳ组),预试期10 d,正试期37 d。结果表明:1)随饲粮中苜蓿草粉添加量的增加,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组平均日采食量和料重比逐渐降低,且均低于对照组(P>0.05);试验Ⅳ组平均日增重和平均日采食量均高于对照组(P>0.05),料重比低于对照组(P>0.05)。2)添加苜蓿草粉和苜蓿皂苷对肝脏超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和眼肌超氧化物歧化酶活性有促进作用,其中试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组上述3项指标均显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。综合表明,在肥育猪饲粮中添加苜蓿草粉和0.3%的苜蓿皂苷对其生长性能和抗氧化性能都有一定的改善作用。The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of alfalfa meal and alfalfa saponin on growth performance and antioxidant function of finishing pigs. According to the similar species, age and parity, sixty finishing pigs with an initial body weight of ( 60.00 ± 2.32 ) kg were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates in each group in a single-factor completely randomized block design. The experimental diets were supplemented with 0 ( control group), 7.0% ( experimental group I ), 14.0% ( experimental group II ) and 21.0 % ( experimental group III ) alfalfa meal and 0.3 % alfalfa saponin ( experimental group IV ), respectively. The pre-experiment lasted for 10 d, and the experiment lasted for 37 d. The results showed as follows : 1 ) the average daily feed intake and feed/gain in experimental groups I , II and 11 were decreased as the alfalfa meal levels increasing and lower than those in control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). The average daily gain and average daily feed intake in experimental group IV were higher than those in control group ( P 〉 0.05 ), however, the feed/gain was lower than that in control group (P 〉 0.05 ). 2 ) Adding alfalfa meal and alfalfa saponin improved the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase in liver and the SOD activity in eye muscle. The three indexes in experimental groups II , III and IV were significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). In conclusion, the growth performance and antioxidant function of finishing pigs are improved by adding alfalfa meal or 0.3 % alfalfa saponin in the diets.
