摘　　要：目的：探讨中文版吞咽功能评估量表（ GUSS ）应用于脑卒中患者吞咽困难筛选中的信效度。方法将英文版GUSS经言语治疗师、神经内科医生和护理专家的翻译、回译和与原作者的讨论翻译成中文版本，对中文版本的评定者间效度、效标效度和区分效度进行检验。结果两名卒中护士之间评分的相关系数r＝0．926（P＜0．01）。 GUSS与神经科医生的标准吞咽功能评估（SSA）的评估结果呈显著相关（r＝0．72，P＜0．01）。综合评定指标显示，不同评价结局的患者其GUSS得分差异有统计学意义（F＝143．02，P＜0．01）。结论中文版本的GUSS信度和效度良好，适合在中国对脑卒中患者进行床旁吞咽困难筛选。Objective To verify the reliability and validity of Chinese version of Gugging Swallowing Screen （ GUSS ） on dysphagia screening for stroke patients .Methods The English version of GUSS was translated and back-translated, as well as discussed with original author , by speech-language pathologists , neurological physicians and nursing specialists , to develop the Chinese version of GUSS , which was tested on the interrater reliability , criterion validity and discrimination validity .Results The correlation coefficient of interrater reliability between two nurses for stroke patients was 0.926 （P〈0.01）.The assessment result of GUSS was significantly correlated with the assessment result of Standardized Swallowing Assessment （ SSA） used by neurologist （r=0.72, P〈0.01）.The result of comprehensive assessment showed that there were significant differences in GUSS scores among patients who had different clinical judgement outcomes （ F=143.02, P〈0.01）.Conclusions The Chinese version of GUSS has good reliability and validity , which can be used to carry out dysphagia screening bedsidely in stroke patients in China .
