摘　　要：文章介绍了动态取证与静态取证的定义与区别,结合实际工作中的案件取证过程,从几个现实案例出发,分析动态与静态取证状态之间的差异,并提出了一种融合两种取证状态的通用取证流程。This paper introduces the definition and the difference between the dynamic and static forensics evidence, combined with case forensics process in the actual work, from the point of view of several real cases, analysis the difference between the dynamic forensics and static forensics, and put forward a general workflow integration of two kinds of forensics state.
