摘　　要：运用血清药理学对中药谱效关系进行研究是为中药药效物质基础研究提供了新思路.回顾了血清药理学的概念、理论依据以及研究模式,对近年来血清药理学在谱效关系研究中的应用进行了概述,并对实验过程中存在的问题及解决对策进行了探讨.This paper studied on spectral effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine by using serum pharmacology provides a new idea for studying on pharmacodynamic material basis of traditional Chinese medicine.The concept,theoretical foundation and research mode of serum pharmacology were reviewed.The applications for serum pharmacology studying on spectral effect relationshipof traditional Chinese medicine were summarized,and the experimental process problems and its countermeasures were discussed.
