某院门诊中药咨询服务工作的分析与体会

摘　　要：目的了解本院中药用药咨询情况，以期提高临床药学服务质量。方法对本院2012—01～06中药药物咨询记录进行统计分析。结果以患者咨询为主（72．56％），60a以上老年人占47．68％；咨询问题包括中药的用法用量（65．98％），药物相互作用（10．24％），禁忌（8．90％）等。结论开展中药用药咨询，对指导患者安全、有效、合理用药具有重要作用。同时，中药咨询工作的广泛开展，有赖于药师业务水平的提高、临床中药学的发展及咨询渠道的拓宽等方面。Objective To investigate the state of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） consultation in the hospital, so as to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care. Methods A total of 820 cases of drug consultation record in the hospital from Jan. 2012 to Jun. 2012 were collected and analyzed. Results The most part of the counseling were from patients （72.56%）. 47.68% of the counseling were from patients over 60 years old. The contents of the counseling included dosage and usage （ 65. 98% ）, drug interaction （ 10. 24% ）, contraindication and warning （ 8. 90% ） etc. Conclusion The development of drug consultation is important for instructing patients secure, effective and rational application of drug. Then, the work of TCM consultation will be promoted by improving the professional skill of pharmacists, developing the clinical science of Chinese materia medica and extending the channels of consultation.
