摘 要:本文采用光化学旋转反应器 ,分别测定了重氮萘醌磺酰氯和酚醛树脂型重氮萘醌磺酸酯感光剂的光量子产率。测定了重氮萘醌磺酰氯和 50 %酯化比的感光剂的光量子产率分别为 0 30 4和 0 2 2 1。对实验数据均采用线性回归方法进行处理 ,其相对误差和置信区间均在标准误差范围之内。实验结果表明 :该类型感光剂的光分解反应符合一级反应动力学规律。 50 %酯化比的感光剂不但具有较好的溶解度和稳定性 ,而且光量子产率仅比磺酰氯降低了 2 7 3% 。The quantum yield of photochemical reaction of naphthoqui nondiazide sulfonyl chloride monomer with naphthoquinondiazide sulfonic acid ester has been investigated by using the Merry go Round irradiation apparatus.The quantum yield of naphthoquinondiazide sulfoyl chloride monomer and the naphthoquinondiazide sulfonic acid ester with 50%esterification value hit 0.304 and 0.221 respectively.Experimental results showed that the photo dissociation reaction of this ester is in accordance with a first order kinetic equation.The ester not only has better dissolubility and stability than its monomer,but also exhibits good photosensitivity,whose quantum yield of the photochemical reaction is only decreased by 27.3% compared to its monomer.
