摘　　要：本文简要介绍了国产光谱干版的去底层涂布工艺实验技术。提出了在去底层涂布工艺过程中 ,采用稳定剂583、调整有机硅烷偶联剂KH 550的 pH值。This paper reports some experiments carried out on the non subbing coating technology used during the production process of domestic spectrographic plates.Results showed that some practical methods can perform efficient inhibiting action on the emulsion fog induced by the use of silikane KH 550 added for increasing the adhesion of emulsion layer on the glass plate support,namely:the addition of triazaindolizine,adjustment of the silikane pH,long pause between the preparation of silikane solution and its use etc..
