摘  要:1引言 导电聚合物具有特殊的分子结构及良好的导电性能。在聚苯胺、聚噻吩和聚吡咯三类导电聚合物中,聚苯胺由于其良好的环境稳定性、可控的导电性以及多样的氧化还原性而备受关注,被广泛用于纳米复合物的制备及应用等。The effect of DNA on the electrochemical behaviors of polyanihne was studied by cychc voltammogram method. The presence of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) did not influence the electropolymerization process of aniline monomers, dsDNA could not serve as an efficient dopant during the electropolymerization process of aniline monomers. There were no obvious changes of the electrochemical behaviors of polyaniline in the presence of dsDNA or not during the polymerization process. However, the anodic peak and cathodic peak current of the polyaniline film electrode gradually decreased with the increasing amount of dsDNA in electrolyte solution.
