摘 要:肺动脉高压(PAH)是一种严重威胁生命且进展迅速的疾病,其特点是以肺动脉压力和肺血管阻力进行性升高,最终导致右心室功能进行性衰竭为主要特征的病理过程,具有较高的致死率和致残率。近年来PAH对左心室功能的影响引起了广大学者的关注。超声斑点追踪显像(STI)技术是近年来超声领域的研究热点,初步研究提示将其与传统常规超声技术结合进行左心室功能的早期评价具有广阔的前景。该文就PAH对左心室收缩舒张功能的影响及STI技术评价PAH患者左心室功能及扭转运动方面的研究进行综述。Pulmonary arterial hypertension( PAH) is a kind of serious disease threatening life and with rapid progress. The disease is characterized by increased pressure in pulmonary artery and progressive resistance in pulmonary vascular,eventually leading to right ventricular function failure step by step as the main feature of the pathological process. PAH has high morbidity and mortality. In recent years,the impact of PAH on left ventricular function has attracted the attention of the majority of scholars and speckle tracking imaging( STI) is a popular researchein ultrasound field. Preliminary research suggests that STI combined with conventional ultrasound technology has broad prospects in early evaluation of left ventricular function. Here is to make a review of PAH impact on left ventricular systolic and diastolic function and STI technical evaluation of left ventricular function and torsion movement of PAH patients.
