摘  要:对富铬牛奶的生产方法进行初步研究,为产业化生产提供依据。将供试牛分为空白对照组、富铬酵母小剂量组、富铬酵母中剂量组和富铬酵母大剂量组,每日定时定量分别饲喂掺入0、50、100、150g富铬酵母的精料连续7d,喂养的第1、3、5、7天收集牛奶,进行铬含量、产奶量测定,通过SPSS软件进行线性回归分析,牛奶铬含量与富铬酵母添加剂量的线性回归系数r=0.931,说明牛奶铬含量与饲料中添加富铬酵母剂量存在明显的相关性。The experiment set a preliminary study to produce chromium-rich milk and provided the basis for the industrial production.Tested cows were divided into control group,low-dose chromium-rich yeast group,middle dose chromium-rich yeast group and high-dose chromium-rich yeast group.These cows were fed with quantitative fine fodder adding chromium-rich yeast of 0g,50g,100g,150g for seven consecutive days.Milk were collected to measure chromium content,milk yield after the first,third,fifth and senventh day.The linear regression was analyzed by SPSS software,the linear regression coefficient(r)of milk chromium content and chromium-rich yeast additive amount is 0.931.The content of chromium in milk is related with dose of chromium-rich yeast obviously.
