萆薢复方颗粒剂的制备及质量控制

摘　　要：研制萆薢复方颗粒剂并进行质量考察,选用900mL/L乙醇为湿润剂,浸膏∶淀粉=1∶2制成颗粒,并用紫外分光光度计对皂甙元和乌洛托品含量其进行检测。结果表明,颗粒成品中皂甙元含量为16.6g/kg,乌洛托品含量为18.0g/kg,其他各项指标符合药典标准。To prepare Rhizome dioscoreae hypoglaucae granuales and to test its quality,900mL/L alcohol as wetter,granules were made of extracts and starch in a ratio of 1∶2,the content of diosgenin and urotropine were detected by UV spectrophotometer.The content of diosgenin and urotropine were 1.66%and 1.8%,respectively.The quality of product met the pharmacopoeia standard.
