摘　　要：为了解宁夏地区奶牛乳腺炎的发生情况及流行规律,采用兰州乳房炎诊断法(LMT法),对银川市、吴忠市、石嘴山市和中卫市的10个规模化牛场2 527头奶牛进行乳腺炎调查。调查结果显示,调查牛场奶牛临床性乳腺炎发病率为13.18%,隐性乳腺炎阳性率为36.49%,乳区阳性率为17.75%。调查牛场隐性乳腺炎阳性率随奶牛胎次的增加而升高,不同胎次间差异极显著(P<0.01);奶牛各乳区均可发生隐性乳腺炎,但左、右侧乳区和前、后侧乳区阳性率差异不显著(P>0.05);随着奶牛泌乳期的延长,乳腺炎阳性率相应提高,各泌乳阶段差异显著(P<0.05);日产奶量在10kg以下组和31kg以上组的奶牛阳性率比产奶量在11kg^20kg组和21kg^30kg组的奶牛高;夏季和秋季乳腺炎的阳性率高于春季和冬季,差异极显著(P<0.01)。To learn the occurrence and prevalence of mastitis in Ningxia region,2527 cows were survied by using LMT from 10large-scale dairy cow farms in Yinchuan,Wuzhong,Shizuishan and Zhongwei.In the survey,the average incidence of clinical mastitis was 13.18%;the average positive percentage of subclinical mastitis was 36.49%,and the average positive percentage of subclinical mastitis of mammary areas was 17.15%.The positive percentage of subclinical mastitis increased with increasing parities,and was significantly different among parities（P〈0.01）.Subclinical mastitis could occur in each mammary area,but the positive percentage of subclinical mastitis between left-rigt mammary area and front-rear mammary area had no significant difference（P〉0.05）.The positive percentage of subclinical mastitis increased with extending lactation,and was significantly different in each stage of lactation（P〈0.05）.The positive percentage of subclinical mastitis in groups of daily milk yields less than 10kg and more than 31kg was higher than that in groups of 11kg-20kg and 21kg-30kg.The positive percentage of subclinical mastitis in summer and autumn was higher than that in spring and winter,and the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.
