深水采油树过油管道热固耦合分析

摘  要:针对某1 500m水深的采油树上的过油管道建立有限元热应力计算模型,进而对采油树过油管道进行由温度到结构的热固耦合有限元分析。分析结果表明,与管道内、外压力差所产生的应力相比,过油管道的热应力是内、外压力所引起应力的92.95倍。因此,采油树上的过油管道必须进行保温设计。通过计算,保温设计后的热应力减小了62.53%,满足了工程设计的需要。In this article, the thermal stress model of pipe of the Christmas tree with the depth of 1500 was formed by thermal theory and FEA. Then the thermal - structure interaction anlysis of the pipe was operated. The thermal - structure interaction means the temperature added to the structure. And the result shows that compared to the stress generated by inner pressure and outer pressure of the pipe, the thermal stress is 92. 95 times it. So the temperature insulation of the oil pipe must be operated. After the temperature insulation of the pipe was calculated. The result shows that compared to the pipe without temperature insulation, the stress of the pipe with temperature insulation is reduced by 62.53% ,which meets the needs of the engineer design.
