摘　　要：全球气候变化引发的资源环境问题及对农业持续发展的影响日益引起国际社会的重视和关注,发展低碳农业已是大势所趋和必然选择。文章论述了宁夏沿黄经济区发展低碳农业的现实意义,分析了低碳农业发展前景,并提出发展低碳农业的宏观策略。The resources and environment problems triggered by the global climate change as well as its effects on the sustainable development of agriculture are attracting more and more attention of the international community. It is the general trend and the inevitable choice to develop low carbon agriculture. A discussion is made on the practical significance of developing low carbon agricukure in Ningxia Yellow River Economic Zone. The prospect of low carbon agriculture development is analyzed and the macro strategy for developing low carbon agriculture is put forward.
