宁波市院士工作站发展对策研究

摘　　要：2008年以来,宁波市院士工作站建设取得了跨越式发展,在项目研发、技术创新、难题攻关、人才培养等方面成果丰硕,但也存在高端人才不足,高新技术项目投入大、风险大、回报周期长,依托单位与院士对接不够紧密,科研经费投入渠道比较单一,科技成果转化保障力度不够等困难。文章建议政府部门,加大经费支持力度,完善制度,强化规范管理和服务,推动宁波市院士工作站建设进一步发展。Since 2008, Ningbo academician workstation has achieved great development, leaps and bounds have been made in the aspects of project research and development, technology innovation, problem solving, personnel training and so on. All these made important contribution to Ningbo＇s economic and social development, but there are also many problems, such as shortage of high-end talent, high technology project investment with high risk and long cycle , the connection between enterprises and academician workstation not so close, the research funding source is not very diverse, protection of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements was also inadequate , etc. We suggest that the government increase funding support, formulate relevant policies, perfect the system, strengthen standardized management and service, fully use academician resources, and enhance communication in order to promote the further development of academician workstation construction in Ningbo.
