摘  要:针对伊朗雅达区块几十口直井施工过程中出现的缩径、石膏侵、沥青污染、井涌、井漏、压差卡钻等井下复杂情况,尤其F10井非沥青层漏失严重,现场采用KCl聚磺润滑防塌钻井液体系及无渗透润滑封堵防塌钻井液体系,钻遇严重漏失层位时采取相应的堵漏和承压堵漏措施,并配合相应的工程技术措施,顺利完成了该井的施工。现场施工经验表明,该体系能够很好地满足伊朗雅达区块的钻井施工要求。Iran Yadavaran Oilfield was jointly explored by SINOPEC and IRAN NIOC. In the scores of vertical wells drilled, many different complex conditions were encountered, including tight hole, gypsum contamination, asphalt influx, well kick, mud loss, differential pipe sticking, and so on. Among these wells there were not asphalt formation drilled, and well F10 was encountered by the severest losses. So two kinds of mud systems including KCl-polysulfonate anti-sloughing lubricant mud and impermeable anti-sloughing lubricant sealing mud, were adopted to overcome these complex con- ditions. When well F10 was encountered by severest losses, many plugging and engineering measures were applied to cure mud losses and ensure successful operations. It was shown that these mud systems can meet the requirements of drilling operations in Iran Yadavaran Oilfield.
